Dr. Christina Vieira

Dr. Christina Vieira grew up in Hawthorne, NY and attended The University of Maryland where she received her Bachelor's Degree in 2002. Thereafter, she attended Kansas State University's Veterinary School and graduated in 2007. After completion of her DVM degree, Dr. Vieira went on to receive post-graduate training as an intern at Garden State Veterinary Specialists in Tinton Falls, NJ.

In 2008, Dr. Vieira moved back to her native New York and has been  a part of the team at Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital ever since.

Her areas of interest include internal medicine, parasitology and emergency medicine. She currently resides in Yorktown Heights, NY with her husband Eric, their little boy Connor and a menagerie of animals: Jackie, Mathilda, Maddie and Trixie.

In her spare time, Dr. Vieira likes to spend time with her family and pets as well as hike, exercise and travel to exotic places.
