Dr. Jeremy Sabatini
Dr. Sabatini's interest in domestic and exotic animals began at a young age. Thanks to very understanding parents, Dr. Sabatini grew up with a variety of pets. His continued interest in these amazing animals naturally led him to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
After receiving his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002, Dr. Sabatini did a clinical year at Kansas State Veterinary Teaching Hospital and a medical and surgical internship at Long Island Veterinary Specialists in Plainview, New York. He also served as chief veterinarian of the Trevor Zoo for two years, and worked in the exotics departments at the Animal Medical Center and the Bronx Zoo.
With a special interest in exotic pets, especially reptiles, Dr. Sabatini continues to further develop his knowledge of these fascinating animals.
He lives with his wife and young son in Brewster, NY, where they share their home with such exotics, such as snakes and tortoises, as well as four dogs, three cats, a horse, and a bird.
