  • Visit Forms

    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit in order to complete the necessary information sheets. If you would like to fill out the forms at home, you can download them here from our website.

    Be sure to bring the following with you:
    • Pertinent medical and surgical information including recent vaccine history.
    • Notes regarding symptoms/signs of illness.
    • A list of any medications your pet is on as well as flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
    • X-rays or past laboratory results, if applicable
    For your convenience, payments may be made by personal check, credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), or CareCredit.

    Note: Please be sure that pets to be boarded are up-to-date on all vaccines. For cats, we require Rabies, Feline Distemper, and a fecal examination. For dogs, we require Rabies, Distemper, Bordatella, and Canine Influenza vaccines as well as a fecal examination.

  • Emergency

    In an emergency: Immediately dial (914) 921-2000.
    Time is of the essence in medical cases and we are available for our patients 24 hours a day/365 days a year.

    If your call is after normal business hours, the doctor on call will get back to you in a timely manner.
    If your pet needs immediate care and you cannot wait for our doctor's callback, there are several excellent emergency and critical care facilities in our area.

  • Driving Directions

    From Connecticut: Take I-95 South (toward NYC) to Exit 19 (Playland Parkway). Take the first exit (Playland Access Drive). Turn right onto Playland Access Drive. Turn right at the traffic light onto Theodore Fremd Avenue. Proceed to the next traffic light and turn left onto North Street. The hospital is just over the bridge on your right.

    From Points North: Take 684 South to the Hutchinson River Parkway South. Take Exit 25 (North St, Rt. 127). Make a left at the end of the ramp toward Harrison. Go approximately 1.3 miles to the third traffic light (immediately after St. Vincent's Hospital) and turn left on North Street. The veterinary hospital is one mile down on your left.

    From New York City: Take the Whitestone Bridge to the Hutchinson River Parkway North. Take Exit 25 (North St, Rt. 127) and turn right at the end of the ramp toward Harrison.
