When I first reached out, they did not have any availability for over a week, but said they would put my name on the waitlist. My dog had a problem with her foot and I was sorry that we had to wait. But they called shortly after, the same day, and notified me that there was a cancellation two days later and that was wonderful and much appreciated. The doctor was great, and I was glad that we were able to help my puppy.
I have been going here for a few years now. I found the staff and vets to be very professional, empathetic, kind, and they really care about the animals that walk through those doors. I also, found this hospital to be more affordable then other places, and that's important with the cost of bills, and the current economy. I feel the vets do a fine job, and I would definitely recommend this location.
I had been using another vet in the area but after some personnel changes became less confident they could provide the care my dog needed. With a recommendation I visited RHVH. After my first visit with Dr. Bardari I am confident that we will get excellent care. In addition, the entire staff is friendly and competent and the facilities are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend!!!
A little overpriced but staff was gentle with my 128ib German shepherd . He’s almost 10 and he’s very special. Loves people but we have to put him on a diet. Less treats and a small measuring cup for his dry food. He loves food and our foods are his favorite. We want him around for a few more years so diet it is. Thank you Harrison, Rye vets. for a wonderful exam.
